Jack the Giant Killer? - The Friday Show

Sorry there hasn't been any posts this week, the Christmas holidays have left me doing not much other then eating and spending time with the family but starting the New Year everything will be cranked up again.

I just wanted to bring to your attention a hilarious looking movie trailer that when I was watching I couldn't take it seriously one little bit. It's called Jack the Giant Killer and from what I can gather its the fairytale, Jack and the Beanstalk taking steroids. This trailer is depicting the well known story and then the music and camera angles and heroic fights and craziness starts to happen. I've heard some people really liking the look of it and looking forward to its June 15 release, but for me, I couldn't stop laughing. let me know what you think about it after watching it here. [-] In other trailer news, The Expendables 2 has had its tailer out for a while, but this could be the first you have heard of it so you can see that here. I didn't really understand the plot line of the first Expendables but all the violence and crazy fighting and actions scenes still made it a must watch for me so I am excited to see what new twists can be put on for the second movie. [-] As you probably know again there is a Hunger Games Movie coming out in March. I have been very excited for its release but the biggest let down was thrown upon me today when I discovered that Taylor Swift will be recording for the movie soundtrack. If you really want to hear the first song you can listen to it here. [-] And now for one of my favourite looking new trailers that isnt all that new. The movie is called Battleship and looks pretty much like Transformers in the water. However its interesting because as you know Transformers was adapted from the Hasbro figurines, and now this movie is based on the Hasbro board game Battleships! I'm not so sure how its going to do when it is released in May, you can see for yourself here
